Joe Gallagher
I'm excited that this guy compiled his writing into a .pdf for my iPhone's kindle app. Some good reading for the weekend, and an inspiration.
UNPROFESSIONAL is a collection of writing by award winning Australian music critic Jake Cleland. Some great-ish hits, some unedited interview transcripts, and a couple things never seen by the wider world before. Even though this is Bandcamp, the ebook, alas, is not all spoken-word, so you'll have to do some reading. Once you 'buy the album', the zip file will include UNPROFESSIONAL in the ubiquitous PDF format. Read it on a laptop! Read it on a train! Read it aloud in bed after a vigorous fuck! Digital pages: they never stick together. It's something like 99 A4 pages long but there are some photos of pretty musicians in there too if your eyes get bored.
And feel free to look up any of the bands mentioned, they're all fantastic. Links to their bandcamp pages accompany their interviews for your convenience. You'll find something to love.

How you can get so many amazing artists together on one release and STILL release it for pay what you want is beyond me. But damn it feels good. Tom Hutchins
